24th Annual Minnesota Rulemaking Seminar

Please complete the registration form. Every question shown with an "*" is a mandatory question. When finished, a confirmation page will be shown for you to print.

Registration for the seminar will be closed no later than three (3) days prior to the session, or earlier if the registration total reaches room capacity. Space is limited so early registration is recommended. Any questions regarding registration should be sent to Vanessa.vogl@state.mn.us.

Seminar materials, including the agenda and the Rulemaking Manual, will be posted to the MDH website (https://www.health.state.mn.us/data/rules/manual/index.html) one week before the seminar. Please download the materials and bring them with you to the seminar.


The cost of the seminar is $25.00. Payment may be made by check or, if you work for a Minnesota state agency, through SWIFT.  If you wish to pay by check, an invoice will be sent to you with "payable to" and address information.  If your agency will pay through SWIFT, please provide the requested information and DHS will bill your agency.  Your agency should wait to receive the billing before making payment (Vendor ID #H550000000). Please note the registrant’s name on payment to ensure proper credit.

Individuals with a disability who need a reasonable accommodation to participate in this event should click on the question that asks for "special needs." A staff person will contact you by email for more details. Please note that it may take up to four weeks to arrange for an ASL interpreter.

To register, select an event and click Next - Register. If your event is not listed in the dropdown list, it is not open for registration yet, or is closed for registration.

Canceling or Changing a Registration
You will not be allowed to change a registration once it is submitted. The only method to make a change is to cancel the original registration, and then re-register. (Please note that there is a small risk the site will already be closed when you attempt to re-register.)

You may cancel your registration by entering your complete confirmation number (alpha and numeric characters) and click Remove.
